5.1 Domestic Shipping Only
Amino Development Group LLC ships to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. We do not offer or fulfill international orders. This policy is absolute and exists due to U.S. federal export regulations, international customs regulations governing research chemicals, and the compliance requirements of our merchant services agreements.
Orders with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.

5.2 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing times are as follows:
- Standard Processing: 1–3 business days from the date of cleared payment.
- Expedited Processing (if offered): Orders placed before 1:00 PM PT ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.]
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

5.4 Shipping Costs

5.5 Cold-Chain Shipping for Temperature-Sensitive Compounds
Certain research peptide compounds require cold-chain handling to maintain stability and purity:
- Products identified as requiring refrigeration or cold-chain packaging will be shipped with dry ice or gel packs as appropriate.
- Cold-chain orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to minimize the risk of weekend carrier delays compromising product integrity.
- The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive cold-chain shipments promptly.
- Amino Development Group LLC is not responsible for product degradation caused by the Buyer’s failure to receive and refrigerate a cold-chain shipment in a timely manner.

5.6 Adult Signature Requirement
For orders with a product subtotal of $500.00 USD or more, an adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery. If no adult is available to sign, the carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package. Re-delivery fees, if any, are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Amino Development Group LLC strongly recommends ensuring an authorized adult is available to accept delivery for all orders.

5.7 Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and are outside the Company’s control.

5.8 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
5.8.1 Carrier Delays. Title to the Products passes to Buyer upon shipment (see Terms of Service, Section 2.4.2). The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
5.8.2 Lost Shipments. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after the last scan, please contact us at orders@aminodevelopment.com (or wholesalepeptidesource@gmail.com). We will open a carrier claim on your behalf. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier.
5.8.3 Stolen Packages. Amino Development Group LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported stolen. We recommend selecting adult signature confirmation for all high-value orders. Buyers should file a report with local law enforcement and their homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
5.8.4 Undeliverable/Returned Packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer, refusal of delivery, or failure to meet adult signature requirements after multiple attempts, the Buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Products cannot be re-shipped until re-shipping fees are paid.
