6.1 Research Use Only — Absolute Restriction

All products offered for sale by Amino Development Group LLC are chemical reagents and synthetic peptide compounds sold exclusively for in vitro research, laboratory analysis, and scientific investigation by qualified researchers. This restriction is absolute and unconditional.

These products are not for human use. These products are not for animal use.

6.2 FDA Disclaimer

The statements made on this website, in our product listings, and in any associated documentation have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Products offered by Amino Development Group LLC are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in humans or animals. Nothing on this Site should be construed as medical advice, pharmaceutical guidance, or a clinical recommendation.

6.3 Not a Pharmacy or Compounding Facility

Amino Development Group LLC is a chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility. The Company does not operate under Section 503A or Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA). The Company is not licensed or registered as a pharmacy in any state. Amino Development Group LLC does not sell to patients, prescribers, or clinicians for therapeutic use.

6.4 Regulatory Classification of Products

Research peptide compounds fall within the general regulatory classification of research chemicals / chemical reagents when sold by a non-pharmacy supplier strictly for in vitro and laboratory use, as distinct from:

  • Drugs (21 U.S.C. § 321(g)) — which require FDA approval or an applicable exemption for human or animal use;
  • Compounded drugs under FFDCA 503A/503B — which require a licensed pharmacy and valid prescription framework;
  • Dietary supplements (21 U.S.C. § 321(ff)) — which are intended for ingestion by humans.

Amino Development Group LLC does not sell products in any of the above categories. Our Products are sold as chemical reagents for research purposes only, consistent with their lawful classification as such.

Buyers should be aware that:

  • The FDA’s categorization of specific peptide compounds on its Category 1 and Category 2 bulk drug substance lists is subject to ongoing regulatory revision.
  • Some peptide compounds that were previously on the FDA’s Category 2 list (effectively prohibiting their use in compounding) have been restored to Category 1 status; regulatory classification remains subject to change.
  • It is the Buyer’s responsibility to independently verify the current regulatory status of any compound prior to purchase and use.

6.5 No Sale to Consumers, Patients, or for Therapeutic Use

Amino Development Group LLC does not sell, and expressly refuses to sell, its Products to:

  • Individual consumers intending personal use;
  • Patients seeking therapeutic, weight-loss, anti-aging, or wellness outcomes;
  • Any person intending to administer Products to humans or animals;
  • Any individual acting outside the scope of institutional laboratory research.

Placing an order on this Site constitutes your representation that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate scientific research only.

6.6 Buyer’s Sole Responsibility for Compliance

The Buyer is solely and exclusively responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the purchase, receipt, possession, storage, handling, use, and disposal of the Products.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Federal laws administered by the FDA, DEA, EPA, and U.S. Department of Transportation;
  • State laws governing research chemicals, controlled substances, and hazardous materials;
  • Institutional biosafety and research compliance requirements;
  • Export control laws, if applicable (note: Amino Development Group LLC does not ship internationally).

Amino Development Group LLC makes no representation that the purchase or use of any specific Product is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Laws governing research chemicals vary by state and locality, and may change without notice.

6.7 Product Use Restrictions — No Exceptions

The following uses of Amino Development Group LLC products are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of our Terms of Service:

  • Human consumption in any form (oral, injectable, topical, or otherwise);
  • Animal consumption or veterinary use;
  • Clinical trials or diagnostic testing on human subjects;
  • Self-administration or administration to any third party;
  • Use in the formulation of food, beverages, or dietary supplements;
  • Resale to consumers for any end use.

6.8 No Liability for Misuse

Amino Development Group LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, injury, loss, or legal consequence arising from any use of its Products inconsistent with their designation as research chemicals for in vitro laboratory use. Any individual who purchases our Products and uses them in a prohibited manner does so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
