Refund Policy

AMINO DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC — REFUND & RETURN POLICY Effective Date: June 28, 2026

4.1 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the critical importance of maintaining chain of custody, purity, and chemical integrity, all sales by Amino Development Group LLC are final once Products have shipped. Research peptide compounds cannot be returned once they have left our facility, as returned products cannot be verified for integrity, storage compliance, or freedom from contamination.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances once a Product has been shipped, except as expressly provided in Section 4.2 below.

4.2 Damaged or Incorrect Products — Limited Exception

The sole exception to our all-sales-final policy is as follows:

If you receive a Product that is (a) visibly damaged in transit, (b) incorrect (i.e., a product different from what was ordered), or (c) defective (e.g., compromised seal, incorrect labeling), you must:

Report the issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery (per carrier tracking timestamp).
Submit photographic evidence clearly showing the damaged or incorrect product, including the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product label.
Email your report to: orders@aminodevelopment.com (or wholesalepeptidesource@gmail.com) with subject line “Damaged/Incorrect Product — Order #[Order Number].”

Failure to report within 48 hours of delivery will void any claim for replacement or credit.

4.3 Remedy

Upon verification of a valid claim under Section 4.2, Amino Development Group LLC will, at its sole discretion:

Issue a replacement product of the same SKU; or
Issue a store credit in the amount of the affected item(s).

Cash refunds to the original payment method are issued entirely at the Company’s discretion and are not guaranteed. This policy is in place because of the regulatory and compliance requirements of our high-risk payment processing environment.

4.4 No “Changed Mind” Refunds

We do not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for:

Orders where the Buyer has changed their mind after shipment;
Delays caused by the carrier after tender of shipment;
Situations where the Buyer failed to meet eligibility requirements disclosed at the time of purchase;
Dissatisfaction with research results or outcomes.

4.5 Chargeback Policy — Important Notice

Amino Development Group LLC actively and aggressively contests all unauthorized chargebacks. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Initiating a chargeback for a purchase that was authorized by you and delivered as described is fraudulent misrepresentation and a breach of these Terms.
The Company will submit complete transaction evidence — including your order confirmation, IP address, age-gate certification, signed buyer representations, and delivery confirmation — to the issuing bank in response to any chargeback.
The Company reserves the right to pursue civil remedies, including claims for damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs, against Buyers who file fraudulent chargebacks.
Your account and access to the Site will be permanently terminated upon the filing of any chargeback.
